What products do you sell?
My store sells high-quality blueprint-style posters and desk mats, and I’m always open to suggestions for expanding the range with new items.
What poster sizes are available?
All posters, both vertical and horizontal, come in several sizes. The available options are shown on each product page before checkout.
Are frames included with the posters?
Unless specified, frames are not included. Posters are shipped unframed (carefully packaged) so you can choose a frame that best matches your space.
Do you use artificial intelligence in your designs?
No. None of my illustrations are generated using AI. Every design is created manually and involves many hours of work, including research, studying the layout and proportions of each poster, carefully composing the different elements, and updating designs when necessary.
Do you sell digital downloads?
No. Because each design requires a great deal of work, they are only available as physical products. I truly appreciate when someone chooses to purchase and display one of my designs.
Where do you ship from?
All products are printed and shipped by Printify in multiple regions to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Items are produced on demand rather than kept in stock, which helps reduce waste and unnecessary storage.
How long does shipping take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping times depend on the destination country. Please keep in mind that delivery to certain countries and regions might take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the issue and I'll do my best to arrange a replacement.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all products are made to order, I can't accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
