Refund & Return Policy
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items sold on this store are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printify.
Because each product is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- ordering the wrong size
- change of mind
- incorrect customer input (such as shipping address)
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
3. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been sent to production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or issue a refund.
5. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a short time after they are placed.
Once the order has entered production with our fulfillment partner, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
